The Santo Domingo is the industrial district, divided into 2 sub-districts. This district consists of most of the factories and industries of the Night city.
City Center

City center, being the most fortified city with the highest Skyscrapers, fortress-like skyline, and sky-reaching structure. This city is the central business hub (CBD) of the night city. Most of the corporations of Night city operate from Citycenter.

Westbrook

Westbrook is considered by many to be the best place to live and have fun in Night City. If you've got eddies, you come here to spend them. And if you don't? Well, take out a loan and pretend you're on top of the world -- Cyberpunk 2077
Westbrook is one of the best and beautiful place, it consists of a big garden and it has some of the most luxurious places for players to visit. Westbrook is home to wealthy peoples, celebrities, and corporates.
It's divided into 3 sub-districts being: Japantown, North Oak, and Charter Hill. Japantown is one of the most important sub-district of Westbrook, many of the Yazuka families live here and operate in the free state of North California.
On the other hand, In 2077, North Oak is home to some untouchable wealthy elites, bankers, politicians, executives, corporates and the list goes so on. Private security forces can be seen all over the North Oak. It consists of luxurious cars, apartments, villas, and Tennis courts.
Meanwhile, Charter hill is basically a place for mass housing and home to large corporates that can afford to live here. But living here without personal security, bodyguards, as well as armored vehicles, is not even possible due to the constant attacks that happened here.
Heywood

Heywood is a neighborhood of contrast—from modern skyscrapers and parks in the north, to dangerous, inhospitable slums in the south. It's "the biggest bedroom in Night City", where gangs like Valentinos and 6th Street get down to business—legal and illegal alike. --Cyberpunk 2077
Pacifica

Pacifica could've been Night City's money-making vacation resort, but once the investment dried up it became a husk left to rot. Now, instead of tourists, the district is overrun by gangs and violence, with The Voodoo Boys protecting the community forsaken by NCPD. --Cyberpnuk 2077

The Badlands

Sparsely populated by Nomads, the Badlands are the vast plains outside of the city proper. Unchecked resource extraction, burning oil fields, rampant pollution; this district makes Night City feel like a rich oasis. But it holds golden opportunities for those in the know.
The Badlands is a depleted area surrounding the Night city, the Badlands is populated with Nomads also a gang filled mostly with exiles who live with their families here. However, going to this place without safety equipment and armed vehicles can be deadly making it worth it for you to visit the Badlands.
