Considering that this a gaming PC, we definitely aren't using an 8GB Ram. So, we are going to use this 3600MAHz 16GB DDR4 Ram kit from the Corsair Vengeance series. It's one of the most used and popular Ram sticks amongst budget gamers.
Going for an 8GB Ram configuration is not recommended because at least once there will be a time when you'll regret that you should have taken a 16GB Ram configuration.
However, the choice is yours, if you literally don't have money and you want to save it then you can go for any 8 GB Ram. Just remember to not pick the Ram with a frequency below 3000MAhz because they are useless for Gaming.
